EthosEnergy is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to provide leadership, direction and oversight to the quality functions inside of Light Turbine and South Sam facilities. Success requires a person that is logical, technically astute and self-directed. A strong emphasis is placed on RCA, auditing for RCCA effectiveness, process improvement and QMS management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead RCAs to resolve customer issues and close NCRs.
  • Deliver RCA presentations to leadership and customers.
  • Successfully lead customer audits.
  • Maintain ISO certifications.
  • Maintain, manage, edit and drive improvements to the QMS.
  • Initiate and manage continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills / Knowledge

  • Root cause analysis.
  • Six Sigma training.
  • Well developed presentation skills.
  • Well developed leadership skills.
  • Experience in power generation.
  • Experience with gas and/or steam turbines.

Experience

  • 7-10 years of quality leadership experience.

Education Requirements

  • 4-year Engineering degree from ABET-accredited school.
  • Masters degree is desired.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to freely move around a manufacturing facility
