EthosEnergy are recruiting for a Production Manager to plan, schedule, and manage one or more manufacturing production processes. Assist with planning and directing an efficient layout of equipment and flow of materials. Ensure manufacturing performance, volume and quality goals are met by utilizing efficient methods and maintaining appropriate staffing levels. Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise production employees, equipment scheduling, plant maintenance and shipping.
  • Develop, monitor and act on production data related to quality, efficiency and utilization.
  • Ensure entire safety of all employees working in manufacturing department.
  • Lead and motivate all subordinates to fulfil schedules, improve control costs and quality.
  • Train, coach and supervise employees to attain optimum performance considering every employee.
  • Ensure to promote atmosphere allowing them to use best of their skills.
  • Employ, interview, monitor and conduct disciplinary methods for all subordinates.
  • Perform with teams and supply chain management to ensure stable stream of inventory without any excess.
  • Conduct routine audits of equipment’s and schedules.
  • Comply with entire Q/A manual to assure shipping of exclusive high-quality products.
  • Write and present employee performance reviews along with recommend financial increases.
  • Involve in development plus administration of rewards program apt for high achievers.
  • Maintain feasible schedules of entire product teams and expedite material as needed.
  • Maintain and present training to subordinates on every manufacturing procedure, processes and equipment.
  • Design and change facilities and production line along with assist function areas regularly to reduce space and waste.

Required Skills / Knowledge

  • Ability to train and mentor employees in manual and CNC machining techniques.
  • Requires fluent use of most office and ERP/MRP software.
  • Keep track of key data and metrics, holding a team accountable for results.
  • Specific knowledge of CNC airfoil machining, milling and turning is strongly desired.

Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
  • 3 to 5 years supervisory experience may be required.

Education Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or higher education or applicable work experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs.
  • Significant time standing and walking.
  • Ability to work onsite during normal business hours (non remote).
