We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sales Account manager to support or Torino site. In this position you will work closely as a team with the Sales Account Manager(SAM) in his defined territory to work with specific accounts, growing the business through company focused initiatives You will be coached and mentored by the SAM and the respective Regional Sales Director to learn to understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to coach their team to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. They will support the development of sales strategy as their knowledge of their region increases, start developing and driving execution of their team against targeted sales plans, and managing all sales activities to deliver orders growth and new customer generation in the region functionally led by the SAM.
