Contribute to the EthosEnergy Light Turbines vision of creating fast, dependable and creative solutions for our customers. The Contract Planning and Execution Manager will focus on customer relationship management and the contractual obligations of our service agreements, transactional orders and package refurbishment activities, interfacing with Customers, Field Services, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other internal departments and clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • 1.    Act as key customer point of contact for all long term service agreements, engine exchange agreements, package refurbishments and other complex contracts that require coordination between multiple service organizations or P&L’s 2.    Manage the above stated contracts from turnover from commercial through to completion. 3.    Understand and enforce contractual terms, both legal and commercial. 4.    Monitor financial standing for all long term service agreements, engine exchange agreements, and package refurbishments. 5.    Administer goals and deadlines for internal coordination between field service, engine repair shop, and engineering to meet contractual obligations. 6.    Lead weekly meeting with field service team for scheduling of all activities. 7.    Conduct site visits to meet with customers on a regular basis on EthosEnergy contract performance 8.    Prepare the project work scope documents for upcoming standard service activities. 9.    Serve as part of the 24 hour customer response team. 10. Assist with QHSE initiatives involving contract execution. 11. Perform other duties or tasks as assigned or necessary.

Required Skills / Knowledge

  • 1.    Able to travel 50% of the time 2.    Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are essential. 3.    Understanding of financial metrics and able to apply them. 4.    Fully competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 5.    Demonstrated ability to be flexible, self-motivated and show high levels of initiative. 6.    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and complete assignments on-time as directed. 7.    Ability to work both independently on their own initiative, as well as, part of a continuous improvement-oriented team environment.


  • 1.    Minimum of 5-7 years experience in rotating equipment industry, preferably in customer facing roles.

Education Requirements

  • 1.    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. MBA preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to drive a car.
