Third party employment agents

Please note that EthosEnergy and its affiliates do not accept unsolicited CVs from recruiters or employment agencies. Agencies are hereby specifically directed NOT to contact EthosEnergy employees directly in an attempt to present candidates.

EthosEnergy’s recruitment team occasionally uses third party recruitment agencies to supplement their capacity. In the absence of a signed Recruitment Services Agreement, EthosEnergy will not consider or agree to payment of any referral compensation or recruiter fee.

In the event a recruiter or agency submits a CV or candidate without a previously signed Recruitment Services Agreement, EthosEnergy explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without incurring any liability (financial or otherwise) to the recruiter or agency.

Any unsolicited CVs, including those submitted to hiring managers, are deemed to be the property of EthosEnergy.
