EthosEnergy hosts second “Our Hydrogen Future” roundtable event promoting collaboration and partnership in meeting EU emissions targets.

After the success of last year’s session, EthosEnergy hosted its second “Our Hydrogen Future” roundtable event (June 14) to promote sharing of ideas, collaboration, and partnership in meeting EU 2030 emissions targets.

The event was attended by organizations from across Europe and featured presenters from EthosEnergy, Wood, Snam, GIVA Group, World Hydrogen Leaders, Hydrogen Europe, CESI, along with other presenters from academia, local government, and the technology, software, and engineering sectors.

The session recapped on progress and developments made since the 2021 roundtable and focused the discussion on live projects and practical applications. The agenda followed the hydrogen value chain - production, transportation and storage, and utilization and technology. The presentations and panel discussions included industry partners sharing their hydrogen journey and how we can collaborate and form a community to achieve this common goal.

Regional Councilor of Regione Piemonte joined the discussion which took place at the same time as it won the Flagship Project for the Hydrogen Valley, supporting the momentum of hydrogen development within the region through the collaboration between local government, industry and academia.

Fabrizio Fabbri, Executive Vice President at EthosEnergy said, “As the energy industry spotlight increasingly focuses on hydrogen, it is more crucial than ever that we forge strong partnerships to allow us to meet ambitious and essential targets."

“It has been inspiring to hear the progress our partners on this journey have made in the past year. The steps we have taken collectively are taking us closer to achieving net zero and we want to continue to build this community and work together in supporting each other to meet a shared goal.”
