Margin Review Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial and technical models of LTSA contracts consistent with EthosEnergy Commercial guidelines
• Evaluate and analyze options, scenarios, and risks and present findings for management decisions and approvals
• Build excellent working relationship; manage expectations and conflicting requirements with integrity, openness, and professionalism.
• Develop and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, excellence, and high performance
• Mentor and guide others through the use of Commercial processes and tools to meet internal and external deadlines
• Manage self and others as needed to deliver efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the Contract Margin Review Process.
• Review, assess, improve, and maintain appropriate operating standards, principles, and controls to provide focus on meeting Contract Margin Review business goals and on delivering service excellence within the Global Gas Turbine Product Line.
• Continually seek to improve contract margin review process by reducing inefficiencies, encouraging innovation and creative ideas, regardless of source, and, then, implement continuous improvement within the teams you support and work with to remove the identified inefficiencies.
• Ensure that all personnel comply with EthosEnergy policies, including HSE, Contracting, Finance, and Business Integrity.

Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling in order to create future demand models, explain variances between annual models, and create solutions to minimize EthosEnergy’s risk for the remainder of the LTSA contracts.
• Experience creating and presenting clear and concise presentations across multiple levels within the organization including the CEO and CFO.
• Proven ability to work across multiple departments/P&L’s and Regions in order to achieve a common goal.
• Clear and demonstrated proficiency in Heavy Industrial Gas Turbine Product Line preferably with an understanding of the products, services, and solutions offered by EthosEnergy, our ideal target Customers and their drivers, and the value of our offerings to those customers.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance, or commensurate experience with a demonstrated track record of achievement.
