QC inspector II

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct the disposition of incoming equipment, ensure the smooth flow of material and coordination with vendors in support of workshop overhaul activities, and provide in-process quality control support to production.
• Make informed decisions on the routing of parts for repair using EthosEnergy specifications/criteria/procedures/tolerances as guidelines.
• Perform precise measurements using different precision measuring equipment: Verniers, Calipers, Micrometers, Depth Gauges, run-out fixtures, etc.
• Carryout detailed inspections of parts.
• Conducts receipt inspections of repaired components.
• Conduct applicable data entries in ERP system (iFlight) for the production receipt of all repair components. · Sign-off of inspection/hold.
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Machining background
• Previous experience in quality inspection related activities for API6A, API16A, API 16C, API5CT, API 7-1, pressure control equipment and/or rotating equipment preferred

Education Requirements

• High school diploma

Physical Requirements

• Light physical effort
• Sufficient physical ability to work in an office setting and operate office equipment
• May require travel across the Middle East and GCC countries
