EthosEnergy are searching for a Senior HR Manager - Talent Management, reporting to the VP HR - Talent Management and based in Houston, TX. The Senior HR Manager - Talent Management is a key member of Talent Management team responsible for rolling out strategies and programs for talent & performance management, skill inventory, learning and development, workforce planning and analytics, succession planning, organizational design, and change management capability for all of EthosEnergy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design and development of an integrated talent management framework aligned with the business strategy
  • Work alongside strategic partners and specific processes in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, career building, leadership, and succession planning
  • Support the EthosEnergy leadership model to be used throughout various organizational programs, consistent with the organizational strategic plan
  • Champion an effective succession planning strategy for specific talent segments, including development of career path programs appropriate for supporting and sustaining the organization’s business and talent objectives
  • Develop a consistent approach and program for successful onboarding, development, and preparation of all new EthosEnergy employees
  • Support key initiatives such as Diversity and Inclusion strategy with clear plan and milestones
  • Develop, support and monitor EthosEnergy’s culture and work environment through organizational surveys
  • Focus on measuring and reporting key people metrics specific to Talent Management including talent acquisition
  • Consider a coaching program for developing leaders and strengthen the succession plan
  • Support the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions (in partnership with Vice President – Global Rewards and Benefits), titles and consistent calibration of talent across the performance and potential definition
  • Focus on managing and containing costs while driving all of the above by leveraging internal and external networks
  • Working alongside the TM team and Marketing ; design, plan and execute employer branding activities

Required Skills / Knowledge

  • Proven capabilities, with a proactive, agile and inclusive style needed to support the Talent Management plans, programs and processes across the complexity and diversity of EthosEnergy
  • Ability to support continuous organisational change and development
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefs to influence key stakeholders
  • Translate Talent Management plans and initiatives into programs and projects with specific milestones
  • Ability to build good relationships and partnerships with key influencers across the organisation
  • Demonstrated track record of commitment to people development and deeper understanding of how values and behaviours influence and drive organizational culture
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to deliver projects to agreed plan, cost and quality
  • Energy, enthusiasm and confidence
  • Willingness to work flexibly and travel as needed
  • Previous experience in understanding and capturing people metrics, analyzing , recommending and actioning plans
  • Ability to research latest HR emerging trends, share best practices and evaluate/recommend adoption of relevant ones, using impact and cost effectiveness as key criterion

Experience

  • Significant Human Resources experience
  • Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred and / or demonstrated work related experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Willingness to work flexibly and travel as needed
