The primary purpose of the role is to enhance internal customer/employee experience with people in the US & Canada through administration of the benefit program including health & welfare benefits (e.g., medical , dental, vision, life and disability insurance, etc.) and retirement benefits (e.g., defined contribution plans, profit-sharing plans, defined benefit pension programs, etc.). Role is responsible for benefits program design and management, benefits coverage evaluation, benchmarking, and cost analysis, communication (e.g., guidance on benefit program features, plans, and options to employees and management), vendor management (e.g., insurance and pension brokers, consultants for program design advice, etc.), and ensuring compliance with insurance, tax, and other regulations and filing requirements.
