We are currently recruiting for a Gas Turbine and Rotor Parts Program Manager to support the business on a Global scale. In this position you will champion the OneEthos program through all cycles of the GT parts and rotor program. He/She will facilitate the demand planning of all the strategic parts to be procured, Operations Process and the Inventory availability for GT Parts globally including synthesis of business/market needs, supply chain landscape, risk evaluation and selection of key suppliers/partners. The candidate works with both the hemispheres including Engineering, Commercial, Sales, Finance, Quality and Supply Chain functions on the successful execution of the GT parts management and the rotor program and he/she will ensure that parts are available per agreed volume and timing to enable growth. In addition, the Leader will structure and manage SC programs with key partners/suppliers including development and negotiation of agreements and Project Management on larger scope programs (i.e. GT Rotor/HGP parts), FMEAs, Schedule/Cost/Risk management/Quality, including longer term supply agreements that clearly delineate solution definition, performance specs, scope pricing, schedule/cycle, terms and conditions, back-to-back warranty and other commercial structures.

Job Responsibilities

GT Parts - Coordinate the GT HD Parts demand forecasting, Operations alignment and risk management globally. - Demand; Consolidate the global demand and provide input to supply chain via the regional and global operating rhythm. - Delivery; Ensure global coordination of GT Parts procurement working with both hemisphere teams and the MRP team including Procurement and EE workshops. This not only includes New Parts but also Used parts, ISP Competitors, Stranded asset buys – these would include the purchase of Used Serviceable Parts (USP), purchase agreements with ISP/OEM competitors, and opportunistic stranded asset buys. - Inventory/Warehouse/Risk; Manage GT Parts inventory globally working with both hemisphere teams and the WH warehouse teams including integration of forecasted market demand with supply chain capacity/cycle/cost/price dynamics – including commodity, logistics risks.
Rotor Program - Coordinate the GT HD rotors forecast for all technologies and monitor their work in progress.
Align with the global Supply Chain and Workshops on the delivery of the program, including but not limited to timely availability of forgings, blading, bolting and the finished goods.

Required Skills / Knowledge

General knowledge and proficiency in multiple disciplines: Ethos teams and functions including but not limited to GT Parts, Engineering, Torino/Houston facilities, Supply Chain
Ability to align personal behavior with company core values and hold management and staff to the same high standards of conduct.
Knowledge of project/program management and change management initiatives.
Credibility with both hemisphere teams on demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects
Ability to lead and inspire cross functional teams
Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles, practices and has solid business and financial acumen.
Strong understanding and communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing at all organizational levels.
Ability to develop and drive a collaboration based program team structure.
Mechanical aptitude preferred.
Proficiency in computer programs and software for project management

Experience

3-5 years of direct experience in program/project management
Direct experience in gas turbine technology and parts preferred
Industry experience to be applied to used serviceable parts preferred

Education Requirements

A four year degree or commensurate experience in engineering or supply chain is required as well as a demonstrated record of successful goal achievement.
A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
