EthosEnergy are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to be based in Greenville, SC. This position is required to maintain an efficient warehouse, including but not limited to, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, receiving parts against purchase orders and managing and controlling inventory, which includes ensuring inventory counts are accurate at all times.

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse: - Monitoring compliance with safety standards and ensure safe use of warehouse equipment - Maintain communication with internal customers (PM/MRP) to ensure shipments are being processed as required and meet committed customer delivery target date. - Support Operations to open, close and/or repair crates as needed for inspections and/or to ensure part counts are accurate prior to shipments and/or at time or receipt - Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse - Manage warehouse utilities, to include facility maintenance, electric, water, telephone, internet, van, surveillance camera, 3rd party cleaner, etc. and ensure payments are made according to terms
Shipping and Receiving: - Process all incoming and outgoing shipments and/or requests to ensure daily schedules are maintained - Responsible for pulling, sorting, staging, packing and shipping items per instructions received - Responsible for receiving, sorting, staging and/or packaging items related to job orders, to include receiving the items against the assigned Purchase Order in Navision and notifying Internal Buyer - Loading and unloading shipments from trucks (flat beds, van, shipping containers, etc.)
Inventory Management: - Manage inventory for EE PPS - Support EE Italia & EE GmbH (3rd party), when needed, for their inventory stored in the Greenville warehouse - Perform scheduled cycle counts and conduct required inventory reconciliations as needed to maintain 100% accuracy - Responsible for receiving, sorting and adding inventory items to stock, which includes receiving inventory items against the assigned Purchase Order in Navision, as items are received into warehouse and notify Buyer of receipt and assigned warehouse Bin Location - Responsible for inventory transactions in Navision including posting items to jobs, receiving a Purchase Order, Item Reclass, Item Journals to include positive and/or negative transactions, inventory cycle counts, etc. - Maintain GT Inventory Log as required to record inventory transactions completed by month

Required Skills / Knowledge

Proficient in Excel. Knowledge in using ERP system, Navision is a plus
Must be detail oriented, have great organizational skills, able to solve issues quickly and prioritize workload
General warehouse inventory functions
Knowledge of warehouse labelling and packaging equipment
Simple woodwork to allow for crate repairs when needed
Ability to provide accurate inventory reporting (physical against data in Navision)
Strong interpersonal skills. Able to maintain good communication with internal and external customers regarding warehouse items.

Experience

Minimum of 7+ years in warehouse and inventory management role

Education Requirements

College Graduate or 7+ years equivalent years of experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to drive work van safely
Able to work in a non-climate controlled facility
Able to operate a forklift efficiently and safely
