We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Specialist Compensation & Benefits. This position oversees Total Rewards and functional client groups within EthosEnergy in the Eastern Hemisphere, in accordance with Group business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with regionally located HR Business Partners leading Total Rewards best practice development and implementation of; - Compensation benchmarking - Benefits renewals - Job Architecture - Global Metrics - Compensation Policy development
  • Manage the Salary Planning process, including market data research and analysis, and recommendations for merit increases and bonuses based on regional budgets or specific contract requirements.
  • Work closely with corporate HR tocoordinate the deployment of benefit programs for the business.
  • Partner with the Eastern Hemisphere HR Team and functional departments across the Eastern Hemisphere to provide advice and guidance.
  • Work closely with managers instilling Company values and beliefs and demonstrated behaviours tied to them.
  • Act as a Business Partner for Functional departments ensuring all aspects of Performance Appraisal, Talent Managementand Succession Planning processes are implemented in accordance with corporate and business guidelines, inclusive of the effective usage of the software, standardisation, and compliance.
  • Deliver organizational change management and structural alignment tactics and programs that support the Eastern Hemisphere’s growing business portfolio
  • Lead and execute HR process improvement and standardization initiatives.
  • Participate in the development and support of HR-wide programs.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills / Knowledge

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Global Mobility would be advantageous
  • Capable of dealing with ambiguity and changing business requirements.
  • Microsoft Office Suite or related software skills.


  • Demonstrated HR proficiency and effectiveness in: Total Rewards management, Organizational Change Management & Realignment, and Lean/HR Process Improvement.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment with limited central resources.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
  • HR certification or accreditation certification preferred.
