Our production centred maintenance approach focuses on the operation support requirements, and aligns the maintenance program with the production goals of the facility. The performance assessment of equipment is an integral part of the contract, allowing EthosEnergy personnel to take a step back from the day-to-day operational management of equipment and focus attention on the equipment most affecting overall performance.

Through an established internal alliance partner and supplier network, EthosEnergy will deliver the client the most effective solution based on the needs of the individual operation. We focus on a wider spectrum of
equipment, rather than the traditional generic OEM approach to equipment maintenance.

To overcome the problem of retaining critical skills sets, EthosEnergy provided a dedicated offshore team of operations support engineers, with onshore support from personnel based in our customer's offices. Their day to day responsibilities ranged from performance assessment of equipment, to assistance with planned and corrective maintenance, and use of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
