Houston, TX – EthosEnergy A&D has secured MPA/MHI approval to coat and heat treat turbine components—unlocking over $1M in new business potential and reinforcing our leadership in coatings excellence.
We're proud to announce a significant accomplishment for our Aerospace and Defense (A&D) team. We have officially been awarded approval from MPA/MHI to coat and heat treat newly manufactured PT8 and GG8 turbine blades and vanes as well as newly manufactured GG4 turbine blades and vanes. This is more than just a vendor status, once added to their register of approved suppliers, we’ll be positioned to receive bid opportunities from any MPA-approved manufacturers.
This approval builds on our earlier approval this year with Wood Group Pratt Whitney (WGPW), reinforcing a wave of strategic momentum across our coatings division. Together, these opportunities represent over $1 million annually in potential new business, revenue that directly ties to the exceptional quality and reliability A&D is known for.
At the heart of this success is our coatings capability, long regarded as the backbone of our value proposition. While many competitors may attempt to match price or delivery, coatings are what set A&D apart, a distinct technical edge built on decades of expertise.
This win is a testament to the relentlessness and determination of our teammates, our processes and our commitment to excellence. With these new approvals, we are not just expanding our customer base, we’re cementing A&D’s reputation as a leader in the industry.
