Project overview
KTR-EthosEnergy was involved in the preparation and execution of planned maintenance on the most critical equipment within Kashagan Oil Field. The scope included the provision of logistics, capital parts, consumables, project management and execution of field services on the following equipment:
- 2x GE Gas Turbine Frame 5002D HGPI
- 1x Siemens Energy Gas Turbine SGT600 B Inspection
- 6 x Nuovo Pignone Centrifugal Compressors-DGS Changeout
- 4 x Nuovo Pignone Reciprocating Compressors Overhaul
- 2x MAN Screw Compressors Overhaul

- Logistical challenge for location of D Island 70km
offshore - Mobilization of 120 KTR-EE personnel over 2 day period
- Restricted laydown areas for removed equipment
