As an expert in turbine maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management, Jeff has a proven track record of delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions to extend the life of critical assets. He combines deep technical expertise with a passion for solving complex challenges, consistently optimizing plant performance and reducing downtime.
In addition to his hands-on industry work, Jeff is an experienced speaker at industry webinars and events, and a published author of numerous articles where he shares insights on turbine technology, asset management, and the future of power generation. His leadership and strategic insights have helped energy companies maximize the value of their equipment, making him a trusted partner in the evolving energy landscape.
Jeff began his career as an engineer in the nuclear power industry and has spent 25 years managing products for OEMs and independent suppliers, including Woodward, GE, Siemens-Westinghouse, and is currently Chief Engineer at EthosEnergy.
